Hagai Sadot is the owner and founder of FOUNDATIONS, an investment consulting firm focused on holistic financial planning for expats in Germany. A strong advocate for financial agency and ownership, he provides knowledge and tools that allow anyone to take control of their financial life and build a better financial future.

Earlier, Hagai co-founded several companies in Berlin and Tel Aviv and filled various strategy, product and operations roles. As a co-founder of Two Cents Berlin, he further expands his clear vision: make knowledge accessible and simple.

Inbal Sigal Cohen is a Berlin-based product and technology executive, strategic advisor and community builder. As the founder of Joyful Strategy, she draws on over 15 years of C-level and product leadership experience across global tech, mobility and fintech ventures to help leadership teams drive strategic growth, product innovation and AI adoption.

Deeply passionate about ecosystem building, Inbal co-founded Two Cents Berlin, a community built on knowledge sharing through curated fireside chats, and founded IMCB, the largest community for Israeli mothers in Berlin. She specializes in creating high-value spaces that bring driven people together and foster meaningful connections.
